Philip Timmermans, the managing director and founder of «FULL SECURITY» s.a., is a valued resource in the sector. He began by learning the ropes in several Belgian companies before founding his own company in 1996 so he could develop the concept of security as he understood it.

« The problem in large organisational structures is that decisions are taken by bureaucrats, not by the people in the field," says the boss. "The result: the staff is not able to carry out the job in the best possible fashion and the client can't find his way either. When I founded my company, I wanted to develop team spirit, and I have always dealt directly with the clients myself ».

And it worked. From then on, word of mouth has done the trick for «FULL SECURITY» s.a. The statistics are more eloquent than the longest of explanations. In 1997, the company employed two agents, compared to 50 in 2001 and... 70 today, proof that the demand for our services has skyrocketed in the last ten years.

Over the years, our team has honed its skills and has continually enriched itself with new staff members. « You are wrong if you think that the skilled people that provide security services are all ex-cons or brainless hulks, », concludes Philip Timmermans. « We provide all types of profiles adapted to the needs of our clients. We also have 30% women among our agents, who have a different approach to the profession. ».
